I’m with you. The times I’ve practiced “no phone” time has been best. My most successful is morning. No phone until after breakfast — which from waking until eating is a 2-3 hour period.
Kim, "preaching to meddling" should be the unofficial slogan :-)! 2-3 hours of phone free time is elite level. I'm only attempting an hour at the start and end of each day and I'm finding that hard enough. As for the violation - no stone throwing here! I gave up on any hope of perfection long ago.
